Concept

Plenty for everyone - fast, efficient and for the sake of the environment

Founded in 1980, we are a medium-sized producer of environmentally friendly corrugated cardboard packaging. In Bad Soden-Salmünster, Hesse, with direct access to the highway, we employ 80 people and process 20,000,000 m² of corrugated board per year. We are certified according to ISO 9001:2015 and FSC (sustainable forestry).

Our 500 customers particularly appreciate the partnership-based cooperation, fast order processing and free warehousing. In our in-house packaging development department, we produce individual prototypes as required, which our sales representatives are happy to discuss personally with our customers. This ensures that our customers get exactly what they want.

In the recent past, we have invested heavily in the expansion and modernization of our production facilities. In addition to four main packaging machines (average length 40 meters) and various smaller machines, our production also includes a packing hall and a manual processing area. The production area totals 6,000 m², divided between two plants at the Bad Soden-Salmünster site.

Our fastest machine produces up to 20,000 packages per hour. This means that we are always in a position to meet additional requirements on time. Our production is organized as redundantly as possible, so that even in the case of a potential machine downtime, it does not immediately have a negative impact on our ability to deliver. We have taken the topic of supply chains particularly seriously since the coronavirus, which has led to added value for our customers. We have been able to increase our current storage capacity for finished goods to a total of 15,000 pallets by building two new warehouses.

We see ourselves as a full-service provider and strategic partner to our customers. We live our purpose: “Every quantity for everyone – quickly, efficiently and for the sake of the environment!” and look forward to working in partnership with you!

The value chain explained simply

1.

In the paper mills, various paper rolls are made from waste paper and fresh wood fibers. The production of paper is very energy-intensive. Waste paper can be recycled and reprocessed up to 25 times. This fact emphasizes the environmental friendliness of paper.

2.

The paper rolls are delivered to the corrugated cardboard plants for further processing. To keep logistics costs as low as possible, the width of the paper rolls is adapted to the means of transportation. A 3.30 m wide paper roll fits four times in a row on a truck. This ensures the space on the truck is optimally utilized.

3.

In the next step, corrugated board formats in various qualities are produced from the paper rolls in the 125 corrugated board plants across Germany. There are different types of flute (1 flute, 2 flute, and 3 flute), which vary according to their technical stability values.

4.

The corrugated board formats are delivered to the packaging producers. This is where our company's direct value creation begins. We have been working reliably with our five strategic format suppliers for many years. This means that our supply chain is both broad and robust at this point.

5.

We produce sustainable packaging to order for our customers, including printed packaging. If required, we can store the packaging in our three warehouses, covering a total area of 7,000 m², for an agreed period of up to 12 months at no extra cost. This service allows us to supply our customers with packaging material at short notice.

6.

Packaging is delivered to our customers just-in-time in the desired quantity in line with our purpose: "Every quantity for everyone - quickly, efficiently and for the sake of the environment!" We have built up our own fleet of trucks to ensure reliable and punctual delivery.

7.

The packaging is delivered to our customers, filled and forwarded. Finally, the packaging waste is returned to the recycling cycle.
